" We are a dynamic and compassionate team facilitating individual, family, and community growth, well-being and mutual understanding through the " power of friendship" Come join our dynamic team as a: Youth Care Worker(s) Full time, Part time & Casual Are you a strong and positive role model? Enjoy coordinating youth activities. You can establish rapport with high-risk youth. Enjoy providing support and direction to youth. In these Youth & Community Services Roles. The successful candidate will have: A willingness and ability to work with high-risk Awareness of community services, resources, and Experience in working with Aboriginal groups/communities in a cultural Strong written abilities to complete case management and Provide conflict resolution support and crisis Support and advocate for client centered Coordinate internal/external Qualification include a: Minimum of 2-years post-secondary education in a related field (Social Services, First Nations Studies, Criminology, Psychology etc. ) and 1-2 years' experience working with youth; or a combination of education and experience. Class 5 Driver's License with a willingness to obtain Class Certification: First Aid, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (NVCI, CPI) Suicide Intervention, and Food Safe; or the willingness to Ability to undergo.
