Handyman positions: Main focus right now is evaporative coolers. Mostly rooftop change outs. As one of our techs, you will remove the old unit and replace it with a new one. You don't need to have experience. We'll show you how, and you'll be awesome! We'll pay you $180 for each change out paid as we get paid (mostly same day). In between the change outs we have plenty of other jobs to keep you busy. We'll show you how to do those as well. You can easily make more than the posted image shows. It's entirely up to you. We're happy to have experienced applicants, but you should be open to modifying your approach in the name of productivity. We focus on continuous improvement and we seek to streamline and create greater efficiencies. This is not to be confused with trying to make you work faster. That's not our style. Your safety is number one (seriously). We don't want you flustered or frustrated by a "work faster" environment. You need to work at your own pace. What we focus on instead, is if there are wasteful steps that can be eliminated. That's all. And really, its to help you more than it is to help us. If you want to take all day working on one change out, we're actually ok with that, as long as you do a quality job. But if you're open to help in finding tricks to be hyper organized and more efficient, we're happy to accommodate. You won't find a more flexible job. You can accept as many or as few jobs as you like each week. But we do ask that you keep your commitment to those jobs you've agreed to doing. Give us a call and we'll schedule you to work with our amazing Tech Guru for a day and see how you like it. If you don't like it, we'll put some cash in your hand for helping us for the day and you can be on your way.
