As an Eligibility Analyst, you access, analyze, and determine program eligibility following policy guidelines and procedures, you will be required to remain current with respect to policy and procedure changes and will liaise closely with colleagues and the Leadership team. The main goal of the Eligibility Analyst is to process requests for MSI and Pharmacare coverage and provide consistent, reliable customer service experiences.
