Reporting to the Director, Office of Student Engagement the Associate Director, Office of Student Engagement, plays a key managerial role in the achievement of overall Rotman Full Time and Morning and Evening MBA program goals. The Associate Director supports overall direction on academic advising for MBA students. With an understanding of student development and learning, and advising for graduate student populations, the Associate Director, working closely with the Director, will be responsible for leading the academic advising strategy including the development and delivery of a strategic advising framework.
