Dynamic Earth Solutions (DES) specializes in site planning, spatial information and digital terrain modeling, surface and subsurface investigations, rock mechanics, underground structures, geotechnical laboratory services, flood forecasting and water resource management through our geotechnical, hydrotechnical, and civil site development expertise. As the successful candidate you will: - Plan, design and implementation of utility infrastructure (including, but not limited to sewers, WMs, culverts, tunnels, storm drainage, conduits/duct-banks, and other buried infrastructure) across a wide range of projects; - Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programmed and budgetary constraints; - Plan resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets; - Coordinate with various utility stakeholders to address issues and ensure smooth integration within the project. - Prepare and monitor work plans to deliver projects to deadlines; - Oversee Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) field investigations, including scope development, obtaining quotes, and coordinating with SUE subconsultants. - Responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships; - Provide sound technical leadership; - Coordinate Incorporation of 3D modeling to enhance coordination.
