The Role: As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in servicing and supporting systems such as Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV Surveillance, and Access Control. Duties: Conduct maintenance, repair, and servicing of Security Systems Intruder/CCTV/Access in accordance with NSI and relevant Codes of Practice. Service and maintain Fire Alarm Systems following BAFE and applicable Codes of Practice. Respond to out-of-hours service calls on a 24-hour rotation. Collaborate with Alarm Receiving Centres. Generate comprehensive job reports using a PDA. Engage in internal and external training, health & safety, and toolbox talks. Adhere to company standards, including wearing branded PPE and maintaining a neat work environment. Requirements: Previously worked as a Service Engineer or in a similar role. Minimum 3 years experience in Security and/or Fire Systems. Good understanding of current Health & Safety requirements. Knowledge of NSI and BAFE Standards good to have Computer literate with fault-finding skills.
