Since its establishment in 1999, AMTIL has grown to reflect the needs of its membership, advocating for both suppliers and users of cutting-edge precision equipment and systems. As a peak national body that represents the interests of manufacturing technology suppliers and users within the precision engineering and advanced manufacturing sector, we are in search of applications from suitably qualified, high-calibre individuals with a passion for Manufacturing within Australia. As the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer you will be pivotal in championing the goals of AMTIL and its members with a key focus on retention and growth of the membership base and enhancing the experience and value within the dynamic landscape of advanced manufacturing. To be successful, you will have experience in manufacturing, have an understanding of the challenges facing Australian Manufactures, exceptional leadership skills, an appetite for advocacy. Along with a strategic mindset to work out ways to have an influential voice to government and other associations, results driven, and the ability to have fun - Celebrate success, encourage laughter and create happiness within a collaborative team.
