Job Description: Vice President Sales Location: Germany preferred Salary: €140.000 plus 20 kpi bonus+car Start : ASAPThe Role: My client is a hotel group who is looking for a Vice President of Sales and Marketing who will be responsible for the entire hotel portfolio with a view of expansion in 2024. You will hold a critical position responsible for driving revenue and ensuring the hotel's visibility, attracting guests, and maximizing profitability. Your duties will involve: Being responsible for the entire Sales Strategy of all properties. You will be developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals, targeting corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential markets. Partnerships and Relationships are easily formed and this comes natural to you Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, travel agencies, corporate partners, and online travel agencies OTAs to increase bookings. Revenue Management: Working closely with revenue management teams to optimize pricing strategies, maximize room occupancy, and boost overall revenue. Team Leadership Leading a team, including sales managers, marketing specialists, and revenue managers, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals and targets. Market Analysis: Conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for growth or diversification. Budgeting and Reporting: Developing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and presenting reports to senior management or ownership. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and a keen sense of market trends.
