The Role: As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in securing new business, ensuring commercially feasible fees, and significantly contributing to the teams success through deal closures. Responsibilities: Cultivate client relationships and expand the client database. Identify opportunities, generate market appraisals, and conduct viewings. Facilitate sales progression and provide training within the team. Support wider business operations, including Residential Sales & Lettings, Land Sales & Acquisitions, and more. Requirements: Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar role. At least 4 years of experience in property industry. Strong local area knowledge or connections.
