The position is based in Leeds city centre, and offers a hybrid and flexible working model. We are thrilled to announce a brand new vacancy for a commercial property solicitor to work in the established In-house legal team, with a longstanding partner of Sacco Mann. The Group is an FCA regulated investment company managing assets of its eleven Partner Funds through both internal and external management. The position is based in Leeds city centre, and offers a hybrid and flexible working model. This is a unique opportunity for someone with at least 4 years PQE in rounded commercial property exposure and a demonstrable desire to work In-house. The position offers autonomy, responsibility, and accountability, acting as the fulcrum between the highly-regarded In-house legal team and the real estate department. In this self-standing position, you will be working in real estate funding structures and financial contracts, and solid all-round commercial property exposure. You will be expected to be organized, commercially minded, and knowledgeable with exceptional communication skills. The objective is to build this function from the ground up, and therefore exposure into other areas of law can be expected. Salary for this pivotal position is likely to be in the region of £70-£75K plus a comprehensive benefits package.
