Undertake administrative tasks supporting the Heart of Sidley Ho S partnership, a community benefit project. Duties include data entry, telephone calls and emails, word processing, updating and manipulating databases, filing – support Ho S with routine queries and forward on to relevant Partnership members Other tasks may include website maintenance, meetings, including preparing papers, booking rooms and refreshments, taking notes and drafting minutes. Order stationary / project supplies as required, ensuring that purchase orders and other processes are followed. Provide project assistance to team members as required, and/or lead on simple administrative projects for the team. Knowledge and Requirements Computer skills – competent in Excel/Word/Outlook. Has experience of Data entry or similar activity. Knowledge or experience of Website maintenance desirable but not essential. Basic knowledge of standard functions e. g. purchasing, responsible communications, customer service etc. Travel between sites may be a requirement for this role - role based at office in Bexhill with ability to hybrid work once initial training and competence is established. Flexible working hours by mutual agreement. There may be a requirement to attend meetings / activities outside of normal working hours.
