As the Rotating Equipment Engineer, your responsibility will be overseeing Rotating Equipment performance, maintenance, and enhancement on-site. Collaboration with various teams, such as Asset, Operations, Maintenance, Turnaround, and Engineering, as well as international teams, will be a key aspect of this role. Rotating Equipment Engineer Responsibilities Assist Asset Engineers in developing Preventative and Predictive maintenance specifications. Collaborate with asset engineering teams to create suitable maintenance strategies for machinery based on equipment criticalities. Monitor and analyse PM results, providing guidance to production teams on system use. Aid Asset engineers in defining appropriate lubrication schedules and conduct associated audits/closures. Provide support for developing Equipment-specific task lists for machinery, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications and maintenance execution requirements. Promote a safety culture through visible leadership in the field, conducting Safety Observation Conversations, Audits, and Near Miss reporting.
