General Accountabilities: Assist in the development, update and testing of system configuration or changes and/or related documentation. Develop, document and/or utilize systems and processes for the collecting, analyzing, presenting and reporting of information related to processes, contracts and work program accomplishment. Assist in discussions, problem solving and issue resolution regarding process or system changes or user issues. Participate in interpretation and backssment of organizational performance as it relates to the execution of work programs, paying particular attention to the effectiveness of business processes, and the penetration and successful adaptation of software tools and data systems. Provide advice and direction on contracts, processes, reporting, system changes and related activities. Assist in the development of training and communication requirements relating to wide variety of business operations processes Assist with developing and delivering presentations to various audiences associated with technical and operational processes affected. Perform other duties as required. Some travel is required. Selection Criteria: Education: Requires a knowledge of computerized information systems and business administration to develop and/or utilize systems and processes for analyzing, presenting and reporting information.
