To manage maintenance work packages assigned to the function. Responsibilities Management and development of the Infrastrcuture Department, including h iring, training, and performance management of the team members Execute the maintenance plan to meet SQCD targets for the Maintenance Contract; Deliver Customer Satisfaction by ensuring that all contractual targets are met. Develop and maintain a robust and professional working relationship with all Customers and suppliers, with a view to ensuring the continued viability and profitability of the Contract; Lead the Infrastructure teams with the target of an optimised workload, resource plan and utilising the appropriate tools & equipment while respecting the budget; Work with the Site Managing Director in consistently reviewing the operational structure to best achieve business goals and deliver the maintenance plan; Ensure full transparency of Work Packages QCD performances, including physical progress at all times, in line with company standard reporting requirements; Actively work together with other Work Package Owners of the project to ensure the optimisation of overall project performance; Participate in APSYS / continuous improvement.
