Role: Senior Estates Surveyor Location: Letchworth Garden City, UK Salary: £300-400 per day, umbrella (INSIDE IR35) Job Description: Our client is a leading local authority in the UK, committed to effective governance and sustainable development. We are seeking a skilled and qualified Property and Estate Management Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic and operational aspects of our property interests. Key Responsibilities: As the Property and Estate Management Advisor, you will be the principal professional advisor, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of strategic and operational estate management. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing expert advice on estate management affairs related to our client's property interests. Collaborating with the Asset Management Group to guide the formulation, enhancement, and direction of property-related strategies and plans. Disseminating relevant advice and information to various Council service divisions, members, tenants, and the public, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and engagement with property-related issues. Shaping our client's property landscape and fostering effective communication among stakeholders. Experience and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A qualification as a Chartered Surveyor. Full Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). RICS Registered Valuer status. Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of the management of a diverse land and property asset portfolio. Person Specification: We are looking for an individual who: Holds a Chartered Surveyor qualification. Is a full Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) with RICS Registered Valuer status. Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of managing a diverse land and property asset portfolio. Has a proven track record in providing strategic and operational.
