This is an exciting change leader role within the Evidence Generation Centre at Janssen. This dynamic leader will directly support the Director, Evidence Generation Centre in shaping Janssen's Evidence Generation strategy through cultivation of strategic alliances with private and public sector stakeholders driven by business needs. This leader will manage a portfolio of Real World Evidence (RWE) focused partnerships including those with health technology/healthcare delivery systems, data provider organizations, and/or analytic platforms. The Lead, Strategic Alliances will also assist in the evaluation of potential new partners in emerging areas such as telemedicine, personalized health and data to support healthcare disparity research. Key Responsibilities: • Shape Janssen's Real World Evidence (RWE) strategy utilizing insights that demonstrate deep customer understanding and driven by Janssen business and policy priorities • Build and nurture strong relationships with RWE data and technology stakeholders, academic institutions, hospital and public administrators, research consortiums (building the business case, relationship management, external.
