We are recruiting for an electrically qualified Maintenance Engineer to join a packaging manufacturer based around the Kettering area of Northamptonshire. This is a Monday - Friday DAY shift position. THE ROLE: Your key responsibilities will be to provide Engineering support to ensure performance of all production machinery and electrical systems. This will include; belts, bearings, gear boxes, motors, contacts, sensors, switches and relays. THE CANDIDATE: - The successful Engineer will need to hold a relevant Electrical qualifications. - Qualification must be via formal training AND /OR Apprenticeship. - Experience must be gained from within a manufacturing environment with knowledge of fault-finding on automated machinery. BENEFITS: Shift: Days Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Work every 4th Saturday on overtime and have the following Friday off Additional overtime available£35,000 to £37,000 dependant on skill/experience22 days Holiday + B/Hols Contributory Pension This position will suit candidates with the previous titles of: Maintenance Technician, Shift Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Multi-skilled Engineer.
