They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Professional to join their busy customer service team in Fordingbridge. Customer Support Advisor Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum DOELocation: Fordingbridge, Hampshire Job Type: Full time, Permanent Our client is a world leader in the design and manufacture of advanced monitoring and data-logging systems. They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Professional to join their busy customer service team in Fordingbridge. This is a busy and varied role where you will be required to build relationships with customers and process orders. You must have an excellent telephone manner and high attention to detail. Main Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and be a primary point of contact - liaise with and build strong relationships with customers; Process orders and requests for quotes in a timely fashion; Develop an understanding of the supply chain requirements and communicate customers' requirements to all departments ensuring their expectations are met; Maintain specific information regarding daily operations of the company and keep the client updated; Answering incoming telephone calls; Attend customer visits and meetings. To be successful in this role, you need to have the following attributes/experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is essential Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills; Excellent telephone manner; Ability to work actively within a team; Motivated and highly organised; Computer literate with experience in using Excel; A full driving licence is required.
