Be part of a winning team that leads the way in Enterprise Information Management. Overview The Open Text UK & Ireland Human Resources team has an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Lead. Reporting to the UK & Ireland HR Director, with a strong dotted line to the Snr Director of Employee Relations in North America, the Employee Relations Lead is a key member of the HR team within the region. The Employee Relations Lead will be responsible for local, core employee relations activities by providing coaching, consulting, expertise and mentorship to Managers and employees on matters such as performance management, offboarding, policy management, grievance/investigations management on policy violations including harassment and discrimination, HR Legal matters, compliance, and reasonable adjustments. The Employee Relations Lead will also provide a regional lens and adopt global training, tools, templates, processes and reference materials, or other projects in support of the Global ER Centre of Excellence function. They will be a subject matter expert in local country employment legislation and practices with a particular focus and expertise in UK predominantly as well as Irish legislation. The position is based in our Reading office with the option of remote working on Mondays and Fridays. This is a great opportunity for someone who already excels at ER case management or someone with an HR generalist background interested in developing their ER skills. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop the role and bring a local approach to global initiatives.
