As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent management and employee satisfaction initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive job analyses to ensure accurate job classifications. Evaluating and refining compensation structures to align with industry standards and market trends. Managing and administering employee benefit programs, including plan design and communication Participating in market benchmarking surveys to stay abreast of compensation trends. Ensuring pay equity across all job roles. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the organization's strategic objectives. Providing expertise on compensation-related matters to HR and leadership teams. Our ideal candidate Proven expertise in employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings. Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with employees and benefit providers. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for conducting job analyses, job evaluations, and compensation analysis. Knowledge of job classification methods, compensation practices, employment laws, and best practices in benefits administration. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
