As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and innovative Employee Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is integral in shaping and enhancing the entire employee journey within our vibrant city. Our ideal candidate As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for: Developing and implementing programs and tools to enrich the employee journey, from recruitment to daily work experiences. Creating engaging content for various platforms, including email, newsletters, website content, videos, and presentations. Implementing and analyzing employee engagement surveys, with a focus on continuous improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that foster a healthy and productive organizational culture. Providing expertise on best practices for internal communications and employee engagement. Designing and delivering action plans based on survey insights to enhance the overall employee experience. Ensuring compliance with HR principles and employment laws and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, communications, or a related field. Additional certifications or relevant training in employee experience is a plus. 4+ years of related experience in HR program development/design with a proven track record of their contributions attributing to the improvement of the employee experience within an organization(s). Certifications in HR, internal communications, or related fields are an asset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and connect with employees at all levels; excellent writing and editing skills.
