We're limiting office ownership to one per city in our commercial real estate chain. Arnage Background Established in 2020 in London, Arnage is a dynamic full-service commercial real estate chain with a vision of enabling entrepreneurial spirits in our industry to build and expand their commercial real estate offices. We aim to provide exceptional services to clients of all sizes while fostering a large-scale office structure on a global scale. The Position The role of an office manager/owner at Arnage is a high-level managerial challenge. Under our brand, you will build your own company and collaborate with offices worldwide to serve major clients. Your primary responsibilities include: Structuring your city into logical sales areas and recruiting franchisees for each area across various commercial real estate professions. Ensuring well-functioning franchisees occupy all available professions. Managing your city's marketing efforts. Overseeing the operation of your main office in the CBD area, where many franchisees will rent office space from you.
