The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Training & Development Advisor to join our growing education team at Make UK. This role will see you visit a number of our client sites across the UK supporting on the training and development of young engineers into the industry. This role would suit an experienced engineering backssor who has a background monitoring and backssing learners. Applications are also very welcome from individuals interested in the role coming from an industry background. Most client sites are based in the Midlands, those in this region will be best located for travel. Main Responsibilities Manage the achievement of learners to meet the ‘Individual’s Learning Plan’ targets. Maintain monitoring visits/Learner reviews on a frequency that does not extend outside 10 weeks. To monitor, review and backss learners, ensuring they have access and opportunity to achieve the requirements of the standards set out in their individual learning plans.
