CLIENT - A major global institution with more than 50,000 employees globally and in multiple countries. ROLE - The Workday HRIS Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the Workday Human Resources Information System HRIS to support the organization's HR functions. This individual will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the Workday system to ensure accurate and efficient HR processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and provide insights to drive HR system improvements. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent analytical skills, and a deep expertise in Workday particularly around the HCM and Talent & Performance modules. CANDIDATE - - Proven experience as a Workday HRIS Analyst or in a similar role. - In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment. - Certifications in Workday is a plus but not essential.
