You will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting services to a diverse client base, ranging from small sole traders to directors of limited companies. Duties: Plan and review accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships, and Limited Companies, sending final accounts to clients Set budgets for staff, assist in Accounts completion, and provide on-the-job training for junior staff Prepare and review Tax Returns, calculate income tax and corporation tax liabilities, and offer client advice Conduct meetings with clients for tax planning and advice, as well as forecasting workloads Manage everyday correspondence, emails, and tax inquiry work Supervise client portfolios, including billing processes Requirements: Previous experience working as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role. At least 1 year of recent post-qualification experience or qualified by experience. Proven experience in accounts preparation within a fast-paced accountancy practice environment. Skilled in accounting software such as Sage, Quick Books, or Xero, as well as accounts production software like CCH. ACA or ACCA qualification.
