Reporting to the partners you will lead the sales team from the front adding to the company pipeline and overseeing the day to day running of the office. The role is full time and permanent offering a starting salary of up to £32,000 and an OTE of up to £45,000 per annum. The role is full time and permanent offering a starting salary of up to £32,000 and an OTE of up to £45,000 per annum. Working office hours and every other Saturday. Key Accountabilities for the Sales Office Manager: Carrying out valuations of properties Following up on leads Converting valuations Taking on new instructions, passing these over to the team Leading the sales team, providing feedback Overseeing the office function Liaising with other offices Key Skills Required for the Sales Office Manager: Residential sales experience Led and managed a successful team Office management experience Confidential communicator High levels of client care, including conflict resolution Proven track record in saleinteractioncellent rapport building skills Strong negotiation and influencing skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external teams Adaptable in a changing environment What’s in it for you A starting salary of up to £32,000 and OTE £45,000, working for a very successful independent estate agency, working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
