BASIC FUNCTION: Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Assurance Engineering is responsible for, but not limited to, providing quality-engineering services to internal and external customers and to assist in maintaining quality standards in accordance with customer requirements. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Develop and maintain the Technical System and Procedures for ISO 9001/IATF 16949, BIQS and all customer specific requirement. Comply with all Company safety policies, procedures and rules. Lead / participate in the sample submission process (PPAP). Present PPAP package to customer for approval and review and approve supplier PPAP submissions. Develop and implement quality core documentations such as OIS, Control Plan, PFMEA, Process Flow Charts with operational team. Manage supplier quality and ensure incoming and outgoing parts, materials and completed units meet customer and quality standards. Maintain the use of Info. TV to communicate updated information to operational team; such as Fast Response, Q-charts, Customer scorecard and ratings to Cambridge plant.
