The Role Coordinator, Sales Support provides crucial assistance to Wyndham’s sales team and customers, helping enable revenue growth while gaining exposure across all aspects of the end-to-end sales process. Primary responsibilities include supporting sellers by handling activities across the sales process as well as across multiple opportunities. Typical activities range from responding to group opportunities to including hotel sourcing, responding to customer requests, providing proposal and RFP response support, rate loading, and facilitating contract execution to help secure new business for your assigned sales team. Sales Coordinators often liaise with hotels directly to support RFP responses, address collateral needs, build presentations, and coordinate meeting logistics with prospects and customers.
