Do you have experience working in insurance, but looking to progress your career Our client is looking for individuals with some experience of working in insurance to join their established team based in West Malling to complete training to become a Claims Handler. Do you have experience working in insurance, but looking to progress your career Our client is looking for individuals with some experience working in insurance to join their established team based in West Malling to complete training to become a Claims Handler. The Junior Claims Handler will be responsible for: - Take full details of Motor claims- Make liability judgments- Promote services including Hire and Repair- Make referrals to third parties regarding property damage and personal injury You must have: - Strong customer service skills- Previous experience working in insurance- Call centre/ call handling background- Motivated self-starter- Persuasive, strong, and confident communicator- PC literate with excellent administration and processing skills- Ability to work in a team Hours for this role are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
