The successful Legal Secretary will be joining a busy family department and will undertake a number of duties including the following key tasks: - Opening new files - Legal audio transcription and copy typing correspondence - Diary management and case system management - Filing & general administration - Sorting incoming and outgoing post - Answering the phone and speaking with clients - Other administrative duties as required With previous experience as a Legal Secretary you will have the ability to prioritise and organise a demanding workload. You will possess a courteous and professional demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong sense of discretion is paramount for this role alongside the passion & dedication to meet tight deadlines.
