What are we looking for? We are in the next stage of our expansion and thus are looking for experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants within the IT sector, who may feel that they want to excel and build on their enviable success. If you are happy building your desk and maintaining it, then we will make sure you are compensated appropriately. Anyone with a background in Software Engineering Recruitment would be perfect for this. We are ideally looking for Permanent Recruiters who can work remotely. What is the job? You'll join a team of fantastic Consultants who have worked in the sector for many years, nurturing their networks to create well-run desks within the business. You will be expected from day one to leverage your existing contacts within the industry to start building your business and more importantly, creating your success both within the industry and financially. You will work with Software Engineering clients within any of the following verticals: Front End Back-End Full Stack Design/Digital Testing Cloud Your skills: 4-8 Years experience in IT Recruitment, Preferably within an agency setting. An hour's commute from Manchester (although the role will be remote, we will need to do team meets every so often) Written and Verbal Communication Problem-solving ability Great organisational skills Great networking ability A team player Computer-literate The ability to work remotely An.
