They have two roles available based in the King's Cross site and the Hoxton site. You’ll be the smiling face that welcomes the residents, delivering excellent customer service and providing solutions to any problems that may arise. Duties: First point of contact for residents offering excellent customer service Providing a practical and timely solution to any issues that may arise including communicating maintenance issues to colleagues Assisting with running of social events Carrying out checks and building walks Assisting contractors, visitors and university partners with their requirements. Inspecting communal areas; the lifts, corridors, residents’ rooms prior to their check-out Carrying out a room inspection or showing a potential resident one of the suites or studios Supporting on-boarding of new colleagues into the team; answering questions and sharing your knowledge Assisting with parcels and post queries Undertake training on different processes: how we keep residents and colleagues safe and GDPRDealing with issues or incidents and calling the emergency services when needed Working.
