Responsibilities • Triage of all Incidents and Service Requests logged for urgency and priority• Resolving or escalating tickets within agreed SLTs• Updating tickets within service desk software• Delivering remote and on-site customer support• Desktop patching and maintenance tasks• On site client support in London and Watford as part of rota• Remote support from London office• On call support as part of team rota• Supporting the Delivery of all projects• Being an escalation point for other Service Desk team members Candidate Requirements Essential Skills and personal qualities• 3-5 years of experience providing 1st /2nd line support Team work skills• Experience delivering high level support across a range of IT applications, platforms, and technologies. • Experience of working accurately with standard service desk support tools ITSM, remote access, knowledge resources etc• Advanced knowledge of O365 applications Outlook, Excel, Word• High proficiency in English; both spoken and written• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft AD Users & Computers, GPO, DNS• Intermediate Knowledge of IPv4, network.
