We have long-standing relationships with many businesses within the local community and offer a variety of services helping companies across both public and private sectors What are we looking for? We are currently going through an expansion phase of the business, wherein the next few years we will be looking to open in several other locations across the south-west. We are looking for experienced recruiters who are looking for their bite of the cherry, to help us with the plans and carve out a successful, profitable career for themselves. What is the job? You'll join a team of fantastic consultants who are specialists in their core markets, offering a variety of positions across the southwest. You'll be given all the tools to succeed in your role and flourish with a team of like-minded, service-driven individuals. You'll be writing job adverts from customer briefs that you've taken, sourcing and screening candidates, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews and providing feedback alongside writing offers and handling the onboarding process with customers. Your skills: Previous experience of B2B Sales experiences Strong written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving ability Great organisational skills A team player Computer-literate The ability to be office-based Bonus: Current recruitment experience in the Education sector What we offer: Basic Salary up to £30,000 per year Tailored commission structure up to 20% 25 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays Your Birthday off Christmas shutdown 1 Free course per year of your choice Flexible working - opportunities to work from home Auto-enrollment pension scheme.
