Your primary focus will be on deploying the Windows 10 operating system and Office 365 solutions as part of an upgrade program. Key Responsibilities Conduct force-wide deployment of Windows 10 and Office 365 solutions. Ensure the smooth rollout of ICT technology to operational officers. Collaborate with suppliers, users, and support teams to facilitate deployment. Configure, deploy, and maintain technical equipment, including asset management. Provide user-friendly instructions and documentation. Work both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and creativity. Utilise technical expertise to convey information to non-technical users effectively. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Comply with health and safety policies and procedures. Report accidents, incidents, and near misses promptly. Foster diversity, equality, and good relations among all groups of people. Person Specification Essential Criteria Education: Possess GCSE Mathematics and English grade C or above, or equivalent. Work Experience: Have experience in a support role, including liaising with suppliers and users. Technical Skills: Experience in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance.
