C.45,000 + Group Commission + Benefits + Paid Time Off Hybrid Model Office is in Gastown About COREcruitment COREcruitment is an international recruitment agency and due to our expansion across the US and Canada, we are looking for a superstar to join our growing team We are looking for an Administrator who is serious about their career but wants to work in a fun environment with driven, motivated people who have a work hard, play hard attitude About the Role: This is a fast-paced role so we are looking for someone who is advanced and confident with computers, and who can keep up with the pace You will play a key role in assisting consultants with all recruitment duties such as: Branding / formatting resumes for potential candidates Creating and posting adverts on our website and other job boards Managing and updating candidate and client profiles on our existing database Actively sourcing and screening top quality candidates Finding business development leads and sharing them with the team Assisting with credit control Responsible for social media content creating engaging content, posting on Instagram and Linked In Answering incoming calls and transferring to relevant team members Supporting the office culture by organising team lunches, events, etc. Handling general office duties Other ad-hoc administrative projects Key Requirements: Previous experience in fast-paced administrative role Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred A positive, upbeat attitude A quick learner and able to work autonomously Detail-orientated with excellent communications skills and even better organizational skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize at a high level Experience with social media content creation What’s in it for you Group commission + bonus potential Holiday entitlement and benefitinteractiontra days annual leave for your birthday Regular team socials Hybrid working Excellent opportunities for growth If.
