Family Legal Secretary Barnsley Salary - DOE Part time / Full time / Office Based Salary is dependent on experience. Simpson Judge are currently representing a fantastic Law Firm in Barnsley who are looking for a Family Legal Secretary to join their established Family Team to assist with general administrative duties, working alongside another Legal Secretary and Fee Earner. The Role includes: Providing administrative support to the management and team Assisting another legal secretary and fee earner Ability to communicate effectively with third parties and clients Ability to respond and update clients regularly, taking internal and external telephone enquiries politely and professionally Show initiative when responding to queries and actively try to seek solutions to problems Ensure that all electronic filing is up to date and maintained at regular intervals Proof read all work, checking for spelling and grammar Understands a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel The ideal candidate: 3 years' experience working as a legal secretary/admin within legal, preferably Family Law Strong administration/secretarial experience in a legal environment Must be able to audio type Proficient in Microsoft Office If you are interested in applying for this role, contact Beth at Simpson Judge!
