This is a newly established firm with 18 months’ experience on the market and a diverse, inspirational team. You will handle a caseload of housing disrepair claims and independently own this process. You will access tenants and gain one-to-one exposure in tenant meetings, interventions and visiting properties. You will access tenants and gain one-to-one exposure in tenant meetings, interventions and visiting properties. Further duties include, Organising tenant interventions and disciplines Visiting properties and working onsite Handling an independent caseload Joining the housing disrepair team This is a fantastic opportunity to be the first in a brand new firm.
