We're searching for a Sushi Chef who is ready to join this NEW OPENING restaurant in 2024 About the Restaurant: Join this leading restaurant group in London, globally celebrated for its revolutionary approach to dining. This NEW OPENING restaurant, set to launch in 2024, combines the finesse of traditional Japanese cuisine and the vibrancy of Mexican flavours The restaurant will also offer Omakase-style dining experience, where our chefs showcase their creativity and mastery in Japanese culinary arts. Our menu features an exquisite array of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese specialties, crafted with the finest seasonal ingredients. Your Role: Play a pivotal role in our kitchen brigade Specialist in sushi with experience of omakase style dining an advantage Work alongside a team of distinguished chefs and culinary experts. Craft and present high-quality Japanese dishes, with a focus on sushi and Omakase experiences. Assist in menu development, recipe creation, and dish innovation. Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing your knowledge and passion for Japanese cuisine. We're Looking For: A seasoned Sushi Chef with a stable career progression in renowned establishments. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a sushi chef in a similar role, preferably in internationally recognised businesses. Deep knowledge of and passion for Japanese cuisine specifically sushi Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and the ability to obtain IELTS 4.0 or higher.
