We run a tight ship, as we believe our residents and team deserve nothing less. Our well-established, reputable home offers residents modern and comfortable facilities within warm and friendly surroundings, whilst at the same time providing fantastic standards of care supported by the very latest care planning technology. Here at Fleetwood Hall, we truly believe in supporting each person’s individuality, whether that is through gardening clubs or birthday celebrations! As a kitchen manager at our home, your role will involve: Being accountable for the successful and effective operation of the kitchen, including food production, menu planning, staff management, supplies, presentation/service and record management compliance with quality and safety standards prioritising the culinary experience for our residents, focussing on inclusivity by ensuring all residents can participate in enjoying a varied and high-quality diet prepared in accordance with their individual needs inspiring and mentoring junior kitchen staff to maintain a reputation of culinary excellence within the home What are we looking for? Essentially, we are seeking applications from experienced Chefs who understand the importance of the meal-time experience for our residents, and as such, will consistently leave no stone unturned in delivering fantastic, nutritious and varied meals to all those living at our home.
