Supporting Transmission and Stations in developing and implementing processes, data collection and analytical tools to track and measure work program productivity and performance. General Accountabilities: • Work with project/program and finance teams within the division to establish standard requirements to capture both financial and accomplishment details through progress reports. • Works closely with execution and program management teams to help with identifying, building and reporting of performance measures on various productivity initiatives. • Act as a subject matter expert on productivity processes and reporting/analytical/data related tools while engaging with various lines of businesses on productivity and performance matters. • Support Project Delivery and project teams by monitoring project costs and accomplishment performance • Review actual costs and quantities reported for work, offer guidelines where reporting errors occur in order to improve reporting accuracy • Prepare status reports for project and program reviews; provide feedback to the manager of Productivity & Performance and other members of the project team • Prepare project management procedures and standards covering costing, estimating and scheduling • Preparation of standard presentations and other supporting materials on a periodic basis supporting new and existing performance initiatives. • Assist.
