We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of a Assistant Enablement Manager , on a 3-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. As the Assistant Enablement Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient management of staff and ensuring the seamless operation of our domiciliary care service. Your key responsibilities include: Staff Management: Lead recruitment efforts, conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates. Facilitate comprehensive staff induction programs to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Conduct regular supervision sessions, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback. Implement attendance and timekeeping monitoring, utilizing CM reports for accurate tracking. Track training attendance and ensure staff members meet required competencies, particularly in medicines management. Community Observations and backssments: Conduct quarterly observations of staff members in the community to backss performance and provide support where needed. Undertake medicines competency backssments, ensuring compliance with relevant protocols and regulations. Service Pathway Tracking: Monitor and track the pathway of adults referred into the service, ensuring accurate and timely documentation using our in-house IT system, Eclipse. Oversee the service pathway from referral to closure, maintaining detailed records of each step in the process. Communication: Foster effective communication with service users, their families, and staff members. Address concerns and queries promptly, maintaining a positive and supportive environment. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to CQC regulations and standards, leveraging experience in a CQC registered domiciliary care setting.
