Launched in 2018, my client is a rapidly expanding start-up in the speciality chemical distributor space. They have quickly gained prominence in the UV-curable raw materials market, including photoinitiators used in inks, coatings, adhesives, 3D printing and electronics. They are widely recognised and highly regarded in the industry for exemplifying their core philosophies: trust, ethical conduct, and unwavering customer-centricity. These values have helped my client forge strong partnerships with suppliers and customers who are at the heart of their business. As my client experiences exponential growth, the responsibilities and duties of our CEO are expanding in parallel. As a result, they are looking for a talented, self-motivated, and adaptable individual to join the team and act as a Personal Assistant to the CEO and an Executive Assistant for the business. Your strong organisation skills, attention to detail and proactive mindset will be instrumental in helping the CEO perform her tasks and help my client grow. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: > Executive assistant to the Company Director, acting as her first point of contact> Provide comprehensive support, managing both professional and some private duties (booking personal appointments, assisting with personal projects, hobbies and errands) > Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings; remind the Director and Managers of important tasks and deadlines> Handle logistics (book tickets, hotels etc. ) and travel itineraries> Take care of day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, equipment and facilities> Maintain office welfare through organising events and socials> Assist with general admin (marketing, HR, onboarding etc. )> Clear and effective communication by phone, email and other means with clients, suppliers and internal colleagues to handle ad-hoc tasks Essential requirements for the role: > Proven track record in.
