We're on the hunt for passionate Chef de Parties who are ready to take their culinary skills to the next level. About the Restaurant: This is a unique opportunity to join a team at a leading London-based restaurant group , globally recognised for its revolutionary Baja-Nihon cuisine for this NEW OPENING restaurant in Q2 of 2024. The restaurant masterfully blends Mexican vibrancy and passion with Japanese elegance and precision. Their pioneering Pan-Pacific ethos is evident in every aspect, from the eclectic food and drinks to the immersive d écor and attentive service. The menu is a fusion of Mexican and Japanese cuisines , offering an array of complex flavour combinations. Dishes include fresh sashimi , maki rolls , ceviche , tiraditos , and unique tacos , prepared using the finest, seasonal , and sustainable ingredients. The chefs create a highly technical, ever-evolving menu. Your Role: You will play a crucial role in our kitchen brigade. Showcase your culinary skills in a high-paced , creative environment. Work alongside a team of talented chefs and culinary experts. Contribute to a diverse and exquisite menu that delights our guests. Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality Mexican/Japanese fusion dishes. Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items , recipes , and developing dishes. Ensuring kitchen activities comply with relevant health and hygiene regulations. Managing a section of the kitchen during service. Training and supervising junior kitchen staff. Ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene and following the rules of health and safe We're Looking For: Passionate culinary professionals with experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef Stable career progression from commis chef upwards culminating in at least 2 years as a CDP or Sous Chef Ideally.
