Overview The Hydronic/Pneumatic Tester is responsible for testing and inspecting a variety of Thermon Steam/Electric Core products to ensure its conformance to customer specifications and meeting the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities includes: Conduct testing Hydronic cores using Hydrostatic tester and visual inspection to ensure each outbound product meets the customer's specifications and regulatory bodies. Pneumatic test FX subassemblies and finish cores. Inspect welds for defects. Conduct process verification checks based on documented work instructions/travel sheet. Ready to do general assembly when the scope of operations is low and willing to be crossed trained in other production areas. Follow and uphold Thermon safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Perform other duties as required.
