The role would suit a Personal Injury Litigator, either a Chartered Legal Executive or a highly experienced non-qualified fee earner with upwards of 5 years' defendant personal injury experience. Sacco Mann are recruiting for an experienced Personal Injury Litigator, to join a leading defendant serious injury team in Doncaster. The role would suit a Personal Injury Litigator, either a Chartered Legal Executive or a highly experienced non-qualified fee earner with upwards of 5 years’ defendant personal injury experience. Responsibilities: Handling a caseload of motor serious injury cases on behalf of a leading insurer client. Dealing with cases from the point of instruction through litigation to settlement. Drafting legal documentation. Negotiating settlement. Corresponding with clients and third parties. Supporting junior members of the team. Requirements: A strong Personal Injury Litigator with upward of 5 years’ defendant personal injury experience. Serious injury experience desirable but not essential. Chartered Legal Executive or solid litigator qualified by experience. What’s on offer: Salary to £50,000. Hybrid working. Genuine career progression opportunities.
