Due to the reputation and demands of residential property, this growing firm has an immediate start available for a Legal Assistant to join their team. On a day-to-day basis you will be the support to an experienced Conveyancer, aswell as running a small caseload of your own consisting of sale and purchase files, freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages, auction cases and transfer of equity. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience being involved with conveyancing files from start to finish and at least 12 months experience managing a sale and purchase caseload. You will have a positive can do attitude and be able to come in and hit the ground running.
