You will play a pivotal role in maintain high food quality, stock rotation, and health and safety standards. Responsibilities: Innovate menus for diverse culinary options. Supervise and assign tasks for banquet and event catering. Work closely with the Head Chef, owners, and a team of chefs. Responsible for food ordering, stock rotation, health and safety, menu implementation, and food budgeting. Requirements: Previously worked as a Sous Chef, Second Chef or in a similar role. At least 5 years of experience as a Chef. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Private transport for the countryside location.
