Job Description: The successful candidate, under the direction of a senior civil engineer, will be responsible for the engineering analysis and design for a variety of municipal servicing, linear infrastructure, land development, stormwater management, and drainage projects. Flexibility exists in terms of the role and the experience level, and a civil engineering background with experience in land development and infrastructure planning (servicing studies) is considered a strong asset. What you could be doing: Develop civil engineering design for municipal linear infrastructure including watermains, sanitary sewer, forcemains, storm sewer, outfalls and roads. Design site civil design including grading, yard piping, and driveway access. Lead development application reviews on behalf of municipalities. Lead proposal effort and actively manage projects including scheduling and budget control. Collaborate with other design disciplines. Support the permitting and approvals processes.
