As a Automation Engineer you will be working standard days, with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. The Automation Engineer will lead process optimization activities, providing standardization and compliance whilst ensuring transformational change activities are delivered seamlessly into the production environment. To be successful in this role as a Automation Engineer you will have experience working within an FMCG or Process Manufacturing environment, ideally supported by a HNC or equivalent qualification in Electrical/Electronics. Knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC/HMI/Delta V and previous exposure to process safety will be highly beneficial when applying to this position. Responsibilities of the Automation Engineer: Deliver the site D&A program, skills and capabilities Support for Focused Improvements and efficiency improvement Control system safety subject matter expertise and lead of validation/upgrade.
